Wild garlic and pine nut pesto

Wash the wild garlic and shake it dry, then coarsely chop it. Mix together all of the pesto ingredients and crush them in a mortar. For faster results, blend them with a hand blender.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 1 bunch of wild garlic
- 60 g pine nuts
- 100 g Pecorino (freshly grated)
- 200 ml olive oil
