Prawns with sesame mangetout and cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Wash the mangetout and halve the tomatoes. Pour oil in the BORA wok or a frying pan (level 7) and heat. Fry the mangetout and prawns for 3 minutes, then add the sesame and tomatoes. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper and fry for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.

 

For two people

  • 300 g prawns (e.g. 8/12 size with shells)
  • 200 g mangetout
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 lime
  • Oil for frying (e.g. sesame oil), salt, pepper
